ci: add workflow for build process (#86)

* ci: add workflow for build process

- Configure automated build pipeline for Node.js setup.
- Implement caching strategy for node_modules and npm cache.
- Set up separate build steps for backend and frontend.
- Configure environment variables and secrets integration.
- Add workflow triggers for pull requests to develop branch.

* chore: run npm audit fix
