Move to @flowfuse/flowfuse npm package

Description

This migrates the package to @flowfuse/flowfuse.

Along the way it tidies up yet more FlowForge references and urls.

Before this can merge we need:

• add new npm token as a secret to this repo
• do first manual publish to new scope

Once merged and initial version published, the following PRs can be merged:

• Update for new flowfuse npm package helm#244
• Update to new flowfuse npm scope docker-compose#113
• Rename to FlowFuse installer#94
• https://github.com/FlowFuse/admin/pull/257
