We would need some kind of automation to do this for all languages.

Move BIOMETRIC_KEYGUARD_ENABLED Settings methods to LPU.

It takes more than 5 seconds to load in many cases due to an upstream regression.
Face Unlock is currently disabled on all supported devices. If it gets enabled, then these strings should be extracted automatically via adevtool from TrafficLightFaceOverlay.apk
