Change:

  • Update pre-commit hooks versions
  • Replace unsupported pre-commit hooks by alternatives
  • Add stricter formatting rules for config files

Add:

  • Activate new ruff lint rulesets for docstrings, comments and coding conventions
  • Configuration for coverage tool

Remove:

  • pre-commit hook checking filenames in the tests folder because it's not configurable enough
