Additions / New features:

• Runge Kutta 4 integrators with space charge support
• Full sum (naive) space charge calculation for Velocity Verlet and Runge-Kutta integrators
• Unified interface to simplify trajectory simulations in simulation apps

Changes:

• Simple JSON Trajectory File Writer is removed
• Parallel Simple Space charge simulation app is removed, since the new unified simulation interface allows to select for parallel solvers in all simple space charge apps
• HDF5 Trajectory files get the file extension '.h5' instead of '.hd5'
