We are unable to determine whether someone with an email address in this domain is a student.
This email domain belongs to an organization that is individually targeted by, or is incorporated in territories subject to, applicable EU, UN, or US sanctions or certain export control restrictions.
Given the circumstances, our university would like to submit the following appeal:

The ".id.lv" domain is a top-level domain specific to Latvia and is only available to Latvian citizens and their research institutions. Other countries' users are unable to apply for this domain.
No one from our domain "iu.id.lv" has previously applied for JetBrains products; therefore, we are puzzled as to why this error message appeared.
