5. GPOs

Searching GPOs

To search all GPOs in the environment, just leave the field blank, select it and hit ENTER:

To search for the GPOs that apply to a specific object, either directly or indirectly through its' OU chain, type its' DN or cn in the field and hit ENTER:

The right panel shows all the links associated with the selected GPO. It will also specify whether it's Enabled and Enforced on the target where it's linked.

PS. Godap is not able to fetch or change the GPO configuration itself, which is stored in a SMB share specified in the GPO Path. You can use other tools to inspect and manipulate the configuration itself, such as GPOwned.

Exporting Results

The found GPOs can be exported to a JSON file by selecting the Applied GPOs panel and hitting Ctrl+S. This will export all attributes of the GPO objects, along with their found links:
