Related to #152, but don't intend to merge since that takes attribution away from original contributor. Created as a PR only so that I can see if the GitHub Actions amendments work.

@jeremybdk Appreciate your patience. RIPA failed last year and I got laid off just before Christmas with around 10 weeks of unpaid salary owed. The market here is extremely tough and I'm still unemployed so I hope you understand that I'm rather distracted!

This does raise a question of Scimitar's future; the most obvious thing will be to, at least in the short term, pull a fork over to my personal GitHub (since RIPA's is now downgraded to a base tier and may close entirely soon) and start pushing the gem from there instead. Likewise for the OAuth AD gem and any other open source gems RIPA had.

@pond I'm deeply sorry about that, I sincerely hope you'll find a new job quickly. We've started using Scimitar a few weeks ago and I can say that it's been way easier with the gem than having to fully integrate the SCIM protocol from scratch.
You could always make a fork and add a patreon or any money contribution, people might be interested in chipping in.

All the best,
