Our name is Capistonsker and our mission is to provide an interactive experience for our users to explore the historical richness of Columbia, South Carolina. Utilizing the data given by the historical archives from Columbia, we have compiled a grand list of markers and the stories behind them. Through the construction of this app, we hope to shed light on the often-ignored fading white signs that give insight into the creation of our home, community, and campus.
