docs(platform): Update Block Creation docs to include best practice.

Having done the work on #9543 to determine best practice for block creation we need to update our current documentation to reflect these best practices.

This PR updates these documentation. However, we have 2 options on how to do this:

1. Update the new_blocks.md documentation
2. Create a file specifically for creating integration blocks.
