First exit from darkness

First release 0.0.1, contains a functional version of the Pobierznik application. Errors may occur. New functions and expansion of existing ones will appear in subsequent versions.

RPM installer is dedicated to OpenMandriva, it may or may not work (which is more likely) on other .rpm systems like Fedora or OpenSUSE. For them, building a package from a .spec file or running it manually is recommended (it's python after all).
