This PR reorganises the repository to get rid of a lot of files that are no longer needed. Any legacy files that may still be useful have been moved to a legacy folder. This includes some STLs and FreeCAD files.
The new smart doc workflow has been removed from the doc_generator folder into the root of the repository.
