• Add plugin for a single instance. If you open the app twice, just will focus on the current instance of the app or do nothing. (Depending on if this window is open or not)
• Add plugin for autostart setting. You can configure if you want the app to be autostarted in the settings view.

Fixed:

• Articles are now pulled in a synchronized manner, reducing the likelihood of database insertion failures.
• Importing OPML now handles incorrect links better, fixing the issue that was occurring when a link inside the OPML file was broken.
