JavaScript cleanup and dependency updates (gitcoinco#1107)

Description Delete unused JavaScript files and remove unused dependencies. Why should this be added This reduces the uncompressed js and css packs by 400K and 20K respectively. It will also improve maintainability since removing unused code eliminates cognitive overhead.
