We need to import the image for both zones in one go to avoid issues with imports in one zone deactivating the slug for an existing image in the other zone when setting up multiple clusters in the same project.

We need to import the image for both zones in one go to avoid issues with imports in one zone deactivating the slug for an existing image in the other zone, since slugs aren't zone-scoped within a project.
Also update the note about checking if the image exists.
