Sponsors take care of ordering the food. Here are the details:

We normally order from Rounder’s Pizza (http://www.rounderspizzeria.com) for approximately 75 to 80 people. The order should be placed early afternoon the day of the meeting, at the latest.

Here’s a suggested order:

• 3 Pepperoni
• 3 Veggie (your choice)
• 2 Cheese
• 2 Combination (meat and veggies, your choice)

(if you want to err on the side of not running out, you could add a couple of extra pies, depending on budget)

• 5 (to 7) two-liter bottles of soda.

We will also need cups, paper plates, and napkins. Rounder's can also supply these.

The meeting starts at 7pm, but the food should arrive no later than 6:45pm, maybe a bit earlier. The food should be delivered to:

Bar Tab

The sponsor setup for the bar tab is as simple as calling BD Riley's (on 6th) at 512-494-1335 and just tell them that you are setting up the Austin on Rails tab for the night (usually runs from roughly 9pm-11pm on Fourth Tuesdays) and give them an amount. This amount is usually around $400 and established via credit card.
