Esper3 new API (#89)

* World methods become esper funcs * add virtual environment in .gitignore * less strict mypy for pytest * init ruff config * quick fixes on esper3 thanks to tests * update tests to esper3 * update some example scripts to esper3 * fix forgotten clear_dead_entities() * event handler depends of context
