Chaotic Neutral is a joyful font inspired by my sister's comics.
- Create SVGs in Inkscape based on sample.
- Begin with 400-weight uppercase and lowercase letters.
- Create corresponding font files.
- Add numbers.
- Add punctuation.
- Repeat for 700-weight and perhaps italics.
