Test firmware builds for Sonoff ZBDongle-E

All based on v2024.6.2-update4 with adjusted SL_IOSTREAM_USART_VCOM_RX_BUFFER_SIZE and baudrate.

For firmwares with non-standard baudrate you need to adjust z2m setting, for example:

serial:
  baudrate: 230400

If using z2m as a Home Assistant add-on, the correct place to put this setting is the configuration tab of add-on.
