E.g., https://github.com/orgs/citation-file-format/people lists a few people that perhaps are outside collaborators rather than members? Also edit https://github.com/organizations/citation-file-format/settings/member_privileges to add/revoke access to some repos.
In short, we probably want some sort of workflow/policy of how and when to add people with different roles.

I'm adding the members of the SC to the GitHub organization and to a new team Steering Committee.
Sorry, something went wrong.
Issue can be closed as soon as invitations to the org and SC team have been accepted.
