vite-plugin: Reproduce hanging prisma issue

Context

We're running into an issue when using prisma with @cloudflare/vite-plugin, where calls to the db (e.g. db.users.findMany()) cause the request into the worker to hang indefinitely (the db call never resolves).

We're discussing this in the Cloudflare shared channel on Redwood's slack.

This PR modifies the prisma example in the vite-plugin's playground to reproduce the issue. Nothing here to be merged - its just here to illustrate the issue.

Steps to reproduce

git checkout repro-prisma-freeze
pnpm i
pnpm build
cd packages/vite-plugin-cloudflare/playground/prisma
pnpm dev
# access the dev server - does it hang for you?
