This PR explore the possibility to add a Xarray DatasetReader directly. We first started the support of MultiDim dataset using the DataArray model to avoid having to deal with the data access and the xarray.Dataset model, but we now face some difficulties of having the need to access the dataset metadata.
Note: Ideally we'll want #764 to be merged first
