Can you say why you want to use checksums rather than versions?

frizbee actions .github/workflows helps to convert all workflow
actions to their pinned versions.

actions-rs is unmaintained/archived so move to dtolnay/rust-toolchain.

init is bootstrapped from an Occlum sample init which uses
serde. In enclave-cc, we don't use it so drop the leftover
dependency.
