@simonhauck this bumps ktfmt's kotlin dependency to 2.0.0 so perhaps it unblocks us

I think it would work yes, but from my point of view:
Excluding the ktfmt dependencies has still the benefit that this plugin will be more resilient in the future and we are less coupled to the release cycle of ktfmt.

I will check, if I am able to push something today or tomorrow. Then we could target a new release?
