Replacement Taskbar Icon for Flux (http://justgetflux.com)

The original icon sucks and @kkga's one needs an update.

How to Replace

1. Find Flux.app in your Applications folder, right-click on it and choose Show Package Contents
2. Navigate to Contents → Resources
3. Replace fluxicon.tiff with the new file and restart the app
