What’s New:

2.7.0 Stress summary screen now showing average stress for the beginning and for the end of the session if watch supports it. Notice that this average metric is calculated automatically every 5min by the watch and it will not match exactly the stress scores in the Garmin Connect activity. So it requires a session of at least 5 minutes to work.
