For the step of
bin/logstash -e 'input { stdin { } } output { stdout {} }'
in this way it doesn't work , the alternative to work is:
bin/logstash -e "input { stdin { } } output { stdout {} }"

Since this is a community submitted pull request, a Jenkins build has not been kicked off automatically. Can an Elastic organization member please verify the contents of this patch and then kick off a build manually? |

the single quotes shouldn't cause any errors, can you show the error you're seeing and what is not working? |
