Upgraded packages.
@types/reacthas been upgraded from 18.3.18 to 19.0.7, but since React already has been upgraded to v19 in dependencies, there was no problem updating it in devDependencies. This was tested by runningnpm run buildlocally. However, there were other errors (which were also present in the main branch, so not due to these upgrades), but these have now been resolved.
