Background: MB has disabled the email/pin auth method and raised the version reqs

Changes:

Remove evcc token command line integration
Remove unused code
Change template docs
Change minimum api version numbers

The auth/refresh token can be created with some client side tooling - is used in the Home Assistant project too...

PS: I have explicitly not touched the identity.py stuff that was done by andig in #18412
