Thanks, this moves everything into the right places. One thing we may want to consider is renaming some of the demos, depending on whether they demo "howto-$dosomething", or a "usecase-" or ... Maybe in a follow-up PR, though, as the prposed changes are easier to see then.
Before merging, we should give the flightctl team a heads-up, because I think some of them are using some of the demos in their testing.
