This PR changes that the glib gresources file is compiled and included into the binary at build time instead of at runtime.
This improves the start-up speed and improves the situation when a dev build is installed into a non-standard directory.
Also: the
.uiand icon files are now listed as source files for the build target, so it should always rebuild when their contents are modified
