Catalina fix, Sidecar fun

• Disconnecting from your AirPlay device wasn't working under Catalina. It's fixed now.
• Added an option to jump to the AirPlay Menu to access manually AirPlay devices that are connecting through Bluetooth rather than Wi-Fi, and for Sidecar devices. (Hopefully an automatic discovery version will come later, but not yet.)

• Add an informative item when no AirPlay device is found

Prior to version 1.0.0 only the "Turn AirPlay Off" option would show up. In version 1.0.0 it disappeared completely. Version 1.1.0 adds a whole new informative item.

Remove iTunes dependency

• You don't need iTunes open (or even installed!) anymore to spread your screen around. Thanks @kswilster for the PR!

Automatic discovery of AirPlay video devices

SETUP NO MORE!

Just download, type "aps", choose your AirPlay video device and KABOOM.
