Upgrade to new render and recording pipeline.

Upgraded to use the new https://github.com/UncorkedStudios/recordablesurfaceview that was built to be used with our other Android Experiment, Just a Line. This fixes majority of the older issues with rendering, but requires an update to the min API level (also to conform with new rules by PlayStore that went into affect in November).
