Use ctest crate for more comprehensive ABI checks.

Creating a new PR, since I can't reopen the old one: #119

I would be nice to place gir-ctest, under gtk-rs, @GuillaumeGomez could you help me with that?

Struct and unions that contain void fields are skipped, this includes both types generated as `struct Type(c_void)` and with those using truncated field marker.
