多人聊天室

使用Websocket来实现一个简单聊天室Demo

前端：Html + JS

后端：.Net 5

主要功能：

 - 进入房间
 
 - 广播信息（自动扩容缓存池，对缓存池限制）

 - 私发信息

 - 接收信息

 - 退出房间

 - 发送文件  ---> 未实现
