At least a couple times now, the automated tests have failed when testing flares with
running subcommand flare: reading upload response: context canceled.I think this is due to the changes I made in #2093. The tests don't show an actual timeout -- besides, only 2 seconds elapse, while the timeout is 2 minutes -- so I think that sometimes
cancelis executing before theClosefunction has the opportunity to read the response body.
