An insert trigger updates table readings_hourly to keep track of blips per hour; this is faster to query than a GROUP BY SELECT over large time ranges. A new API /hourly/FROM/TO allows to obtain hourly usage. The /lastweek.html page is updated to use the new, more efficient API, and also the graph is made a bit nicer.
