You'll need to hook the SWD interface to easily (re) flash the DSO 150 You'll also need a ST link v2 clone or a blackmagic to actually performe the flashing operation
The main benefit is that you'll be able to reflash the DSO whatever the state it's in, so you can safely tinker with it.
You can use simple dupont connectors slightly angled, there is enough room there
/!\ NB : Make sure you never connect both the DSO power supply AND the SWD power supply at the same time /!\
