This PR implements wrappers for runMDS and calculateMDS.

User do not need to specify FUN = getDissimilarity and tree = rowTree(x), node.label = rowLinks(x)[[1]] as they are now default values.
If rarefaction drops off some samples due to insufficient sampling depth, this is handled in addMDS.
