This PR relates to this piece of work.
It creates an S3 bucket called
mojap-data-production-cica-dms-egress-production, yes this is verbose but it adopts the naming convention set out by other buckets already created in the same file e.g.mojap-data-production-bold-egress-production.New KMS/Policy/Roles are defined for use in this, these match their bold counterparts.
