WIP
I'm also not sure how to handle the version numbers for the CNV tools, which are three different scripts from the same GitHub repo. Should we consider them to all have the same version number 0.1.0?
We can use whichever version number makes the most sense, perhaps @rptashkin or @andurill have some suggestions
