Would it be possible to get this PR merged & released alongside nestjs/schematics#1976? Currently both packages use different versions of @angular-devkit (v19.1.3 here vs v19.0.1 in schematics), using the same dependency in both packages would prevent two different versions @angular-devkit from being installed
