- set "booked" status so that pending transactions are visible
- use Stripe's "reporting_category" instead of "type" for better grouping and setting the name of transaction
- retrieve name and e-mail from billing info for "charge" transactions and add it to description
- retrieve provided metadata for "charge" transactions and add it to description
- report the sum of all available and pending as balance
