Update Cardano funds fees

Cardano will add a service fee to the TER of its funds from September
1st this year. A service fee is needed to cover the increased costs of
3rd party service providers such as the custodian, accountant,
supervisory board and costs related to regulatory supervision.

The service fees:
- 0,02% for the Global Equity fund
- 0,03% for the Emerging Markets Equity fund
