Update Cardano funds (formerly ACTIAM funds)

ACTIAM was acquired by Cardano in 2022. From 1 January 2024 Cardano no
longer uses the ACTIAM name. This change updates the asset manager logo,
the fund names, the fund symbols, the KIID and factsheet download links,
the internal transaction costs (from the KIID), and the ESG exclusion
information.
