The latest iteration of jsslides development brings new features, modularity and ease of use: you only need to add one external script to a HTML page in order to use all interactive features. You can check out the sample presentation to see how it works. Your HTML needs some syntax enhancements to distinguish individual slides and their section: see the HTML API for reference.
V3 is split into several modules (full list of them and their default configuration is available); you can enable/disable/configure them after the main slides3.js file has been included (but not after the page was fully loaded).
If you need to write your own module, you might want to learn about the JS API first.
