This PR makes the authzen repo more consistent with other openid spec repos:

  • move all the previous markdown files to /archive
  • leave a single version of the 1.0 api working draft markdown file
  • clean up all the automation to only build the current version
  • add a static html file for the original submission, preserved to ensure we don't lose any of the search scenarios

The durable URLs for previous spec revisions (1_0_00 and 1_0_01) are on the openid specs server:
