Feat/doc gen bun types

What does this PR do?

This PR rearranges all of bun-types to support a format the aids removing conflicts with Node.js, as well as declaring the Bun namespace and other symbols in a way we can generate documentation from the TypeScript types directly.

• Documentation or TypeScript types (it's okay to leave the rest blank in this case)
