First release as shown in youtube video
The binary is for Windows 10 (maybe 8) and fails on 7 due to missing DLL.
It's 60MB (sorry!) and is standalone, not an installer. Place it anywhere.
It will create two sibling folders, settings and output, which hold, you will
be amazed to hear, the settings and video output files.
