- faster moment calculations, includes some of the moments
- improved Poisson solver dependence
- several small fixes
- program options parsing when having blank lines
- sg construction for very small grids that didn't pre-allocate correctly and ended up wrongly padding
- is-identity logic moved into the term-class
- selectively rebuild coefficients during time-stepping
